BOBMK’s online webinar will explore the subject of stewardship.
Stewardship is about delivering and managing places that can ensure new communities are places which enable people and the environment to flourish and have a say on how things are managed. This may include infrastructure, roads, homes, parks, play areas and community centres and more besides to create attractive, functional and prosperous developments. Management and governance are put in place to enable a place, development or community to run effectively, and we will be looking at different models and ways that stewardship is implemented across new developments by a range of stakeholders.
